M. Huw Evans
M. “Huw” Evans is a sometimes writer, an increasingly frequent editor, an ex-physician pathologist, an always dad, a reluctant dog’s person, a reliable-if-uninspiring cook, and, most recently, a creator of magic wands. He’s published one story, Nine Instances of Rain (workshopped with Connie Willis and titled by Neile Graham), in Giganotosaurus. Huw has resided for at least three months straight in each of the following: Louisiana, New Mexico, Nicaragua, Oregon, the Philippines, Switzerland, Washington, and Iain M. Banks’s Culture universe. One of those strikes Huw as the ideal place for his daughters to grow up — but Seattle is a close second.
